Pricing, Cancellations, Refunds & Other

• If your reservation is more than 90 days prior to the scheduled tour date, a 50% deposit is required to reserve your spot and prevent other parties from booking. The remaining balance for your reservation is due at 90 days prior to your scheduled tour date.

• If your booking is within 90 days of your scheduled tour date, the full amount is due at booking time.

• All cancellations are subject to a 5% cancellation fee unless it is cancelled by Kyoto Bike Tour.

• Tours require a minimum of 2 participants to operate. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, you will be issued a full refund. Please inquire separately for private tour details.

• Cancellation refunds are applied as follows:

  • Cancellation date is greater than 90 days of scheduled tour date = Deposit refund minus 5% cancellation fee

  • Cancellation date is within 31 to 90 days prior to scheduled tour date= 50% cancellation fee of total tour price

  • Cancellation date is within 30 days of scheduled tour date = No refund & no exceptions

• Please understand that booking a tour is reserving a spot for you and your party. It also prevents other interested parties from booking. We appreciate your understanding.

• You are required to sign a liability waiver at the start of the tour.
